Any Open World Racing Game For Laptops?

I like playing open world racing games with good livery customization and bodykits. I have NFS mw 2012 on my brother's computer but I have played that game for a long time that I got bored. FH6,5,4 are too big for my brother's computer and he needs it for his university so I can't use it that much so, I decided find a good couple of racing games for the laptop he has that I use for Minecraft,Roblox and hollow knight. I already have a racing game in my mind and it's SSR (static shift racing) I need play this on a laptop cus my phone makes the game look like I'm playing on a potato. (it gives me low resolution) And I didn't know anymore games so I'm asking you guys for suggestions.
(No emulators allowed cus one time I used it and my location changed to a hospital in India I think)
