The FD3S is the nineteenth car in the game, based on the 1991–2002 Mazda RX-7 FD. It runs the REW rotary engine, and because the J swap isn't available on any rotary car, it tops out at 715 hp when fully upgraded — just two horsepower short of the game's 717 ceiling.
