Terms of Service

1. The Service

FRLMods is a community platform for sharing game modifications, livery codes, and related tools for the game FR Legends. FRLMods is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the developers or publishers of FR Legends. All game trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Accounts

You sign in using a third-party account (Google or Discord). You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community rules, including by automated moderation.

3. User content

Mods, modpacks, liveries, images, comments, and forum posts are created and uploaded by users. By submitting content you confirm you have the rights to share it, and you grant FRLMods a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it on the Service. You keep ownership of your content and may request its removal at any time.

You must not upload content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, contains malware, or violates the community rules. We may remove any content at our discretion. Rights holders can request removal via the DMCA / Takedowns process.

4. Downloads

Files may be hosted by third parties (e.g. Mediafire, Google Drive) or by their authors. Downloads are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Modding can affect your game installation — back up your data and proceed at your own risk.

5. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the Service: no scraping at disruptive rates, no attempts to bypass moderation or security, no spam, no impersonation, no automated account creation, and no use of the Service to distribute malicious software.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, FRLMods disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any content downloaded through it.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
