Tips:
  • Keep the throttle high but lower it a bit by letting go and pressing back (backfire is normal)
  • Keep your steering steady right after you hit the handbrake
  • Lightly steer left and right to balance the car
  • To do a 360, lightly release throttle and regain control but it's fairly risky in a high-speed drift
  • When tuning, lower your suspension until you find the sweet spot
  • Use Drift Park Route A - D to practice your drifting, dont worry too much about tiny bashes and damage
I would highly suggest starting with low HP (around 200) and slowly pushing up to 700 (or 615 if the car is limited) and the more you practice, the better you get at executing drifts for some nice photo-shoot or just to pull off some nice slides. The best car to practice with is the good old Nissan S13, as its forgiving of mistakes and easy to learn with due to being a balanced car.
  • Tandems require absolute control and precision to ensure you don't ram into the driver or drift train in front of you
  • A "train" is when more than 1 car is close together while executing a drift, much like a train and its cars
If you have any questions, ask below and i will answer when i can as i aim to help players get started in drifting
