How to import mobile phone pictures into the game

Guys, I've run into some trouble recently. I want to import pictures from my phone into the game. How should I do it?

At own frmods have a feature called "image to livery" that you import a picture into it. You can configure the amount of shapes and the quality (full quality recommended, the quality will not affect the shapes amount), when the conversion done you copy the code and paste into your car livery (you can only do it one time at day if you're not verified)
