Why is my FPS stock at 45

Personally, I use samsung's routine feature to only activate 60fps when i open frl and revert to 90 for anything else

I think frl physics are tied to the fps so if it was uncapped the car would be moving too fast or collision bugs may appear, so the the devs solution is to just cap it at 45 which is half of 90
