Eiji Kamiya — tremendously gifted, both as a driver and a tuner. In Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 1 & 2, Eiji drives a Lance Blue Lancer Evolution VI GSR — the iconic blue Evo that became a staple of the arcade series before the Evo V was even added. This livery brings that Maximum Tune legend into FR Legends.
Nayez Blue Pearl paint. WORKS R windshield banner. The Hanshin Circular Line rival who challenged the Devil Z, lost, then had his Evo tuned by Rikako Ohta at RGO before heading back to Osaka. The real car was bored and stroked to 2200cc, pushing 450PS. Ghis livery captures the look.
